All rates are in USD per Cottage. A one-time service/cleaning charge of USD 95.- per stay is applicable.
Tourist tax is extra at USD 5.50 per person per night (children up to 12 free). 

One of the 3-bedroom Waterfront Cottages has its private swimming pool as well. An additional charge of USD 20 per day (USD 140 per week) applies for this Cottage. 

Services during your stay - we provide cleaning service of your cottage and renewal of all bedsheets every 3rd day of your stay (excludes Sunday). Beach towels for every person available. A regular towel set for each person as well. Laundry of towels (or your very own laundry) can be done at the laundry facility of the resort against a minimal charge. Knowing that your flight may arrive at any time of the day or night (and that your first urge will not be going to a Supermarket...), we make sure that a welcome package will be there in your Cottage to make your arrival smooth as-can-be. Some drinks, some food and basic necessities like garbage bags are all in there.

• 6 days unlimited shorediving USD 120.- per person
• 6 days unlimited windsurfing USD 275.- per person

Rates include sales tax/service charges. Your rental car is ready for you upon your arrival at the airport, we do take care of it! Dive tanks waiting for you at Dive Friends, just a 1-minute drive from Waterlands (we can arrange to have boat dives included, too!). Surfboards waiting for you at Jibe City.

Note: Car rental rates do not include insurance (which is optional) at USD 11.55 per day (CDW insurance) or USD 19.95 per day (Full insurance).

Further conditions and details that apply:

* Upon confirmation of your booking we request a 'good-faith' deposit of 20% of total charges

* Remaining balance (80%) to be settled 4 weeks before arrival

* A deposit of USD 500.- (possible through credit card authorization) is required upon arrival and will be fully returned if  the Cottage is in the very same (good) condition upon departure as it was upon arrival

* Utilities are included in our rates, but as these are pretty costful on-island and we support the idea of sustainability and wise usage, these are included within reasonable limits, set at USD 15.- per Cottage per night. If usage exceeds this amount (probably due to leaving all A/C units on during the entire day while you are away), the difference will be charged. However, most probably this will not be applicable

* check-out time is 12 am; check-in time is 2 pm. However, if your Cottage is available earlier or later as no other reservation is standing, we provide free early check-in or late check-out!

A Special 'Opening Offer' applies for all bookings of minimum 7 nights with arrival between August 1 and December 15, 2008: a 50% discount (that's half the price, yes..) over a Diver's SUV car rental rate. Taxes are excluded and insurance is optional at own expense.
